The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provided about yourself when placing a request only to complete that request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that request, such as sharing your information with a third party which might be better equipped in handling your request and our partners.

We use your email address or phone number to reply to your quote request. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose, except for internal marketing purposes, and analytics to better understand our customers. ductless.ca Inc. might contact customers who filled out the online quote request after any duration in order to follow-up, or promote any services that we might offer.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our web site, or that Y number of individuals are located in a neighbourhood, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
