Having a home without any heat or cooling becomes more essential for every day that passes. We are keeping our schedule clear for making service calls only. During these times of self-isolation, traveling and visiting homes puts many people at unnecessary risk. While it remains a necessary service, it means many people have no choice.
What we are doing:
- Wearing gloves and masks – Masks and gloves will be used for every sale or service call.
- Use of hand sanitizer
- Doing our part elsewhere – Doing our best to distance ourselves throughout the day and only travel when required.
While our primary focus during this time is going to be focused on helping people without heat or cooling, we are still open to accepting installation appointments. Because of the nature of our work, we would need to spend a day on-site to do a complete installation.
If you are looking to have an installation of a new boiler or ductless split unit, we ask you to practice safe social distancing. We will be doing our best to keep close contact to a minimum. We also ask to do as best a job with cleaning the surrounding areas before our visit. We are doing the same on our end.
