I had been looking for a company to help with my relatively small need for a 200 square foot heating / cooling system. After getting quotes that were far too expensive or companies that didn't bother to return my calls / emails I finally found ductless. Michael, from the get go, was honest, personable and well priced. I cannot say enough good things about them.

From the time I requested a call back, to our initial meeting, to the installation of the system about 1 week later, his crew, the professionalism and cleanup of the areas both inside and out was wonderful. After our initial conversation, he phoned me back and informed me that it would make more sense to mount the outside unit on the wall and not on the floor in order to ensure the unit was always level. This was a welcomed addition as it freed up the space around the unit and ensues that unit is at a constant level.

It was nice to finally have a contractor and a crew that was not only fairly priced, but also personable, and actually happy to do the work! Once the job was completed, we did a final walk through to make sure I was happy with it all and to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them for any installation requirements similar to mine.

Paul and his right hand man Carl are extremely reliable, on time and honest. We just had a repair done on one of our heat pumps do to a power surge. Paul and Carl were all over it to get us back up and running. I wish there were more companies out there with this level of customer service.

Paul was everything you'd want from a contractor. Honest, very fairly priced, constantly communicating with you and patient in the process. We unexpectedly had a boiler in need of replacing and we're so glad we were able to work with Paul and Carl through that process.
They worked until the job was done and answered every bothersome question I had along the way with grace. We would recommend them for anything, and would gladly choose their business if needed in the future.

Twelve years ago Paul installed a new boiler and added 2 cast iron rads to my home. One year ago last fall, I used Paul again to install 2 split unit air conditioners. In both installations I received top of the line equipment and service, hassle free, at a very reasonable price.
I have also found him to be knowledgable and honest.
Late last night my boiler, which has never had a problem, stopped working when the temperature outside was minus 14 C so I called Paul. He was extremely concerned and very helpful. With his guidance I was able to restart the furnace. Later in the night it stopped again. Paul called me at 8:00am on his own to see if my furnace was working. When I told him it wasn’t, he said he would come right away. When driving to my home over the phone he analyzed the problem and helped me fix it! He said there was now no need for him to come and to call him anytime when needed. What a caring, very competent and dependable person Paul is. I highly recommend him.

I contacted Ductless.ca Inc. in December and was given a rough quote of what kind of units I would need and how much they would cost. A few months later, I called back to book a date and time. Within one week, I had two brand new Mitsubishi ductless units up and running.

Two technicians worked for a day at my home while I was at work, and before I got home everything was already working. My house now has automatic temperature control and I can't believe it took me so long to get this done. I would recommend these guys every time.

P.s. They are dog-friendly!
